The apartment has wide harbour views and is on the first level up from the carpark. It is tastefully furnished with comfortable sofas, Flat screen TV, a contemporary kitchen with full cooking facilties, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer, The bedroom has a comfortable 'Queen'size bed. Linen and towels are supplied, The
bathroom has a shower over the bath, a washing machine & drier. Basic Sky TV is included.
From the terracotta deck watch the sailing boats go by - and at the end of the day enjoy the sun setting with the sound of gentle waves lapping below.
Water access is by a pathway beside the complex and you can swim in the peaceful harbourside bay adjacent to the
property.
Westhaven yacht marina, the Sitting Duck
café, and Point Erin Swimming Pool are within walking distance. Herne Bay cafes and boutiques are a fifteen minute walk and Ponsonby only five minutes by car (or 25 minute walk). Fifteen minutes walk to Auckland Harbour Bridge. Ten minutes drive to Auckland CBD.
