The apartment is on the first level up from the carpark and is tastefully furnished. It includes linen and kitchen utensils, full cooking facilties, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer, and TV.

It has wide harbour views from the living areas and deck. Relax on the terracotta patio and enjoy the stunning sunsets or swim in the peaceful harbourside bay adjacent to the property. Water access is by a pathway beside the property.

The apartment is suitable for single or double occupancy only. The bedroom has a comfortable 'Queen'size bed. The bathroom has a bath, shower over bath, washing machine and dryer.

Long Term Rental Rates

3+ months fixed term tenancy $560 per week
6+ months fixed term tenancy $525 per week

Tenants arrange power, telephone and internet connections
A signed tenancy agreement is required with a bond held with N.Z.Tenancy Services

The apartment is currently available from 1st February 2010

Holiday Rental Rates

Short term bookings are available only if the required dates fall close to the end of a current
holiday rental or 'fixed term tenancy'. We regret we are unable to accept advanced 'short break 'bookings
more than 2 weeks prior to the booking dates required

Power is included in holiday rental tariff.

To secure your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total tariff is required
with the balance due on arrival date. Visa and Mastercard accepted.

Holiday Rental Cancellation Policy

If cancellation occurs less than 14 days in advance of the booked date, 50% of the total tariff
will be charged plus 5% credit card fee if applicable. Travel insurance is recommended
to cover accommodation costs if unforeseen circumstances arise.
