harbour right beside the complex- and yet be within ten minutes drive of the CBD, Viaduct Basin and Sky City.
The apartment has wide harbour views and is on the first level up from the carpark. It is tastefully furnished with comfortable sofas, TV, a contemporary kitchen with full cooking facilties, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer, The bedroom has a comfortable 'Queen'size bed. Linen and towels are supplied, The
bathroom has a shower over the bath, a washing machine & drier.
From the terracotta deck watch the sailing boats go by - and at the end of the day enjoy the sun setting with the sound of gentle waves lapping below.
Water access is by a pathway beside the complex and you can swim in the peaceful harbourside bay adjacent to the
property. Westhaven yacht marina, the Sitting Duck
café, and Point Erin Swimming Pool are within walking distance. Herne Bay cafes and boutiques are a fifteen minute walk and Ponsonby only five minutes by car (or 25 minute walk).
The apartment is suitable for single or double occupancy
only.

Minimum stay 14 nights - NZ $1260 per week ($180 per night)
Minimum stay 21 nights - NZ $1050 per week ($150) per night
Above rates include power, water and the local TV service
For stays of one month or more additional services can be arranged as follows
Telephone (local calling only), Broadband Internet connection and Sky TV 'basic' ADD $15 per night.
To confirm your reservation a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount will be required
and the balance due on arrival date. Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
We recommend travel insurance should unforseeable circumstances occur
